I built Solid Ground Companies around a simple conviction: the best projects are financially sound and good for the places they serve.

My background spans urban planning, public-sector redevelopment, and more than a decade of leading complex public-private partnerships across the Midwest — negotiating incentives, assembling capital stacks, and working alongside the cities, developers, and communities who make these projects actually happen.

Solid Ground is how I've chosen to apply that experience — focused on right-sized, relationship-intensive work that institutional developers overlook and most local operators can't structure. I lead every project personally.
